Rumour on the street is that Whole Foods has purchased a site in Kitchener – not Waterloo - and will be coming to the region shortly.
Harp Arora on Facebook asked about a location in Kitchener vs Waterloo. From what I’ve heard, Whole Foods wants a site that has at least 40,000 square feet of retail, and sites that size are easier located in Kitchener versus Waterloo.
