Over 30 Units Sold at RED Condominiums Opening Night

The RED Condominiums by Momentum Developments in Uptown Waterloo went on sale last night at a VIP event, and the first reports are that at least 34 of 64 units have already been sold.

(Update: I have confirmed this with Momentum Developments. Specifics can be found at RED Condominiums in Waterloo are over half sold out already.)

Most of the sales are of smaller units, including Studios and 1 beds, which are now completely sold out.

What units are left at RED Condominiums?

There are larger floor plans available, including spacious Penthouse level condos, which can be combined if even more space is desired.

Momentum has a reputation for selling their new developments faster than anyone else (they built the42 on Bridgeport, which sold very quickly in 2008, and they completed BPR Lofts on Regina too), and RED looks to be keeping up the trend.

This pace of sales is much faster than reports we are hearing from City Centre & Arrow Lofts.
