Kale (can also use spinach, chard, collards etc. the darker the green, the better [usually])

Pineapple

Banana

Frozen strawberry

Frozen mango

Frozen peaches

Carrot Juice

Vanilla Almond Milk

Water

Spirulina

Greens+

Manitoba Harvest Pro 70 hemp protein powder

Hemp Seeds

 

Put it all in the vitamix, and presto – a delicious, alkalizing smoothie to drink throughout the day, and a perfect vegan breakfast!
