CBRE Looks at Canada’s Top Multi-Family Sales in 2009

I was reading a report that CBRE research put out (Canadian Multi-Housing Marketview) that had this image showing some large commercial multi-family transactions in Canada in 2009:

In Kitchener Waterloo, the largest transaction in this sector that sold was the apartment building at 345 King Street, that sold for over $28 million to an investor represented by our firm Keller Williams. It is a student residence, leased exclusively to a university.
