Thanks Mike, I appreciate you

Frank, I went to university in the GTA (UC at U of T) but I now run my business out of the Waterloo Region. I am in the GTA for business once or twice a month though. You?

Craig, we have clients getting interest rates under 2% (variable) right now on rental properties. Rates will be going up, but there are still excellent rates right now.

Mr. Bach,

Your blog is full of great information. Do you do business in the GTA?

Frank

Ben - nice presentation. Numbers make sense

2% mortgage on investment properties, is this for real?? I assumed even with the low interest rate environment, you would be paying 5% minimum and up to 8% in a more realistic scenario. Your client must have excellent credit! Great video, I have been following your site for a while. Eventually I am sure we will be in touch more, but I am not at that point yet... Thanks!
